After finishing my studies as M.Sc. Business Computing the first contact with Project Management has been in 2004. Multiple projects were led sucessfully after. Throughout all these Projects my awareness was raised for the general struggles in all these projects, a lack of standardization and communication. During a 10 years period of self employment I changed my focussed towards the strategic importance of the Project Management Office matter. Multiple occupations as Project Management Office for companies like Swiss Re, Swarovski, Swiss Army and Humboldt University of Berlin were raiseing my awareness for the underlying problem, a basic overload of methodologies, tools, frameworks and a dangerous missunderstanding about what a PMO really is. Hereby I offer a real flexible and easy to tailor approach towards this topic. My heart always belonged not to a single project rather to the underlaying systematik. I am a certified IPMA and HERMES 5 Project Manager, experienced in PRINCE2 and Scrum with Senior Experience in Project Management Office matters.
